Accessibility Statement

I want this website to be accessible to everyone, regardless of physical or technical limitations. This page describes the current status and what I do to achieve this.

Measures

This website is designed according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In concrete terms, this means:

  • Contrast: All text-background combinations meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1
  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements are accessible and focusable via keyboard
  • Skip Navigation: A "Skip to content" link provides direct access to the main page content
  • Semantic HTML: Correct use of landmarks (nav, main, footer), heading hierarchy, and ARIA attributes
  • Alternative Text: All images have descriptive alt text
  • Responsive Design: The page works on all screen sizes and supports zoom up to 200%
  • Readable Typography: Inter at minimum 16px base size, line height 1.6

Known Limitations

Despite all efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

  • PDF documents offered for download may not be fully accessible
